Vorteile
- Die Serie EPIC® ULTRA H-A 3 umfasst die kleinsten EMV-Gehäuse im Bereich der schweren
Industriesteckverbinder und sorgt für sichere Steckverbindungen auf kleinstem Raum.
- Das Tüllengehäuse ist mit vielen marktüblichen Gehäusen (Anbau-, Sockel- oder Kupplungsgehäuse) steckbar.
- Die hohe Bauform bietet viel Raum und eignet sich somit hervorragend für Anwendungen mit mehr Platzbedarf im Gehäuse, wie z. B. den Anschluss von geschirmten Leitungen.
- Die integrierte SKINTOP® Kabelverschraubung aus Messing dient der abdichtenden und zugentlastenden Leitungseinführung. Im Vergleich zu Gehäusen, bei denen die Kabelverschraubung separat hinzukommt, ist die Gesamtgröße des Gehäuses platzsparender.
- Bei Artikelnamen mit Zusatz „BRUSH“ wird die integrierte Kabelverschraubung durch unsere innovative SKINTOP® BRUSH-Messingbürste ergänzt, die eine 360°-Kontaktierung des Kupferabschirmgeflechts und somit eine noch wirksamere Ableitung der Störsignale ermöglicht. Die Bürstendrähte ermöglichen eine einfachere Montage des Steckverbinders
und erhalten die lückenlosen 360°-Abdeckung des Kupferabschirmgeflechts.
- Die Verriegelung erfolgt über Edelstahl-Längsbügel am Gegengehäuse.
- Entspricht verriegelt Schutzart IP 65.
- Schutzart nach NEMA 250 klassifiziert sowie nach UL50E geprüft.
- Der Pfeil als neues Designelement auf der Gehäuseoberfläche ist einfach ertastbar und vereinfacht das Stecken in räumlich beengten und ggf. schlecht einsehbaren Anwendungsbereichen.

- The EPIC® ULTRA H-A 3 series covers the smallest EMC housings in the heavy-duty industrial connector field and ensures secure connectors in the smallest possible space.
- The hood can be connected with many standard housings (mount base, surface-mount base or cable coupler hood).
- The high design offers more space, making it suitable for larger inserts or applications that need more space in the housing.
- The integrated brass SKINTOP® cable gland is used for sealing and strain relief cable entries. Compared to housings where the cable gland is added separately, the overall size of the housing is more space-saving.
- For article names with the addition “BRUSH”, the integrated cable gland is supplemented by our innovative SKINTOP® BRUSH brass brush, which enables 360° contacting of the copper stranded shielding and thus enables the interference signals to be deflected even more effectively. Brush wires enable easier assembly of the connector
and obtain the gap-free 360° coverage of the copper stranded shielding.
- Locking is performed using a stainless steel single lever on the counter-housing.
