Heat-resistant silicone single-core wire
HELUTHERM SINGLE CORE UL STYLE 3512 is a heat-resistant, fine-stranded single-core wire for internal wiring of enclosed equipment. Applications include iron and steel works, rolling mills, foundries, cement, glass and ceramic factories, as well as aircraft and shipbuilding.

Construction and properties
- Tinned, fine-stranded copper conductor in accordance with ASTM B33.
- Silicone core insulation; halogen-free in accordance with DIN EN 60754-1 / IEC 60754-1.
- Flame-retardant in accordance with DIN EN 60332-1-2 / IEC 60332-1-2, UL VW-1, CSA FT1 and CSA FT2.
- Resistant to ozone, oxygen, alcohols, diluted acids, alkalis, salt solutions, oxidising agents and seawater.
Installation note
For fixed installation, use only in open, ventilated conduit systems or cable ducts. Restricted air circulation combined with temperatures above 90 °C reduces the mechanical properties of silicone.
