Vorteile

- Leistungsfähiger M12-Steckverbinder bietet sicheren Halt und erhöhte mechanische Stabilität durch Umspritzung mit dem Kabelmantel.
- Steckverbinder sind in Kunststoff- oder Metallausführung (Messing oder Edelstahl) erhältlich. Edelstahl-Steckverbinder sind korrosionsbeständig in salzigem Seewasser und gegenüber vielen chemischen Stoffen.
- Steckverbinder mit Sechskantmutter eignen sich für Anwendungen, wo ein höheres Anzugsdrehmoment benötigt wird, als mit einer handanziehbaren Rändelmutter erreicht werden kann, z. B. bei hoher Vibration und viel Bewegung.
- Im gesteckten Zustand können Schutzart IP 67 und IP 68 erreicht werden.
- Mit robustem PVC-Außenmantel, abriebfestem PUR-Außenmantel oder vernetztem, besonders elastischem TPE-Außenmantel verfügbar.
- Auch als geschirmte Variante mit Kupferabschirmgeflecht verfügbar, für idealen Schutz vor elektromagnetischer Störung.
- Auch als Variante mit Metallspritzer-beständigem Außenmantel verfügbar, speziell für Schweißumgebungen. Ausgelegt für 10 Mio. Biegezyklen in der Schleppkette.
- UL-Zertifizierung gemäß Technischen Daten ermöglicht Verwendung des Produkts im nordamerikanischen Raum.
Anwendungsbereiche
- Zur universellen Daten- und Signalübertragung im Bereich von Sensoren und Aktoren der Feldebene.
- M12-Steckverbinder ist für Anwendungen mit erhöhter mechanischer Belastung sowie höheren elektrischen Leistungsanforderungen geeignet.
- Leitungsaufbau erlaubt hochflexiblen, dauerbewegten Einsatz in beweglichen Maschinenteilen und in der Schleppkette.
- PVC-Außenmantel ist beständig gegenüber Säuren und Laugen und bedingt ölbeständig.
- PUR-Außenmantel ist unempfindlich gegenüber mineralölbasierten Schmiermitteln und vielfach chemisch beständig.
- Flexibler Einsatz bei bis zu ‑40 °C möglich.
