- 3-adrige Varianten mit Schutzart IP 44 und einem Leiterquerschnitt von 1,5 mm² (per „P07 3G1,5“ am Artikelnamen erkennbar) eignen sich für die industrielle Einsatzkategorie 2 (K2) nach BGI/GUV-I 600, als schwere Bauart bei erhöhter elektrischer Gefährdung nach BGI 594 sowie unter erschwerten, mechanischen Bedingungen nach DIN VDE 0620-2-1, einschließlich Bau- und Montage-Stellen nach DGUV Information 203-006 (BGI/ GUV-I 608) (sofern außerordentliche Betriebsumstände ausgeschlossen sind)
- 2-adrige Varianten mit Schutzart IP 20 dürfen nicht mit Wasser in Berührung kommen und sind in der Regel nicht für industrielle Anwendungen oder Bau-/ Montage-Stellen vorgesehen
- 3-adrige Varianten mit Schutzart IP 44 sind in Europa für den Außenbereich geeignet und dürfen fallendem Regen ausgesetzt sein
